Pursued Architecture in the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde - School of Design and Arts as an SDA grant scholar, Her academic stay became the window and eye opener into the world of design, especially in architecture wherein she eventually picked up how design can be so much more than just built structures. 

Honing her all-around design skills by winning design competitions, conceptualizing projects, up to being responsive to context, this allows the exploration of possibilities and having continuous growth as a professional and Designer. Aside Architecture, she has a passion for Music, Graphic Design and Branding.

Projects she has notably worked with are exhibits with the Mind Museum while working in HANDSstudio. She was also a project architect lead for Garden Towers while working in AyalaLand Premier. She has worked as an Interior Architect for Megaworld in a few of the Hospitality projects, having designed in-house interiors for Savoy Hotel Capital Town, and others.

As the Principal Architect of KaiConstruct, Architect Nicole ensures only the best timelessness in design, at the same time, meeting every client's needs.

Graduated from a prestigious school of Engineering from Mapúa University Manila, Via is a determined and highly skilled individual with a solid background in Site Management (Certified Safety Officer 2) and Quantity Surveying. 

Known for her excellent leadership, Engr. Via leads teams with confidence, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals with precision. Her commitment, determination, and attention to detail set her apart as a trusted professional in the field.

Having worked with MDC, she has handled well-known Projects of Ayala such as Parklinks and others. She has honed her expertise in managing construction sites, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering high-quality results. 

Likewise, her experience in QS has equipped her with a keen eye for cost estimation and budget control, ensuring financial efficiency in every project.

As the Principal Civil Engineer of KaiConstruct, Engr. Via ensures only the best strategic approach in project delivery in terms of cost and timeline.
